Dashboard Overview

This section contains a collection of the most common questions relating to the CMP Dashboard.

What information is shown on the Dashboard?

The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of your account, including total SIMs, active SIMs, data/SMS/voice usage, geographic distribution, costs, and revenue for the selected time range.

Can I change the Dashboard time range?

Yes. Use the Time Range Selector at the top of the dashboard to view data for preset periods (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Month to Date) or a custom range.

What does “In-Use SIMs” mean?

“In-Use SIMs” represents the number of SIMs that were connected to the network during the selected time period.

Why do I see costs but no revenue?

This usually occurs when viewing data at the parent account level without including sub-account revenue. You can enable sub-account inclusion from the dashboar

Can I export dashboard data

Yes. Most dashboard widgets allow you to export the underlying data using the Export CSV option.
